The minimum rental period is 1 month.
Yes. Once the rental end date stated in your contract expires and you do not terminate the rental, the rental period is automatically extended by another 3 months, repeatedly. If you wish to terminate the rental, a 1-month notice period applies – simply send an email 1 month before the end of the rental.
The deposit amount is set at the equivalent of 1 month's rent. The deposit is returned after the rental ends and the container storage unit is handed over in the same condition as it was received. The deposit is refunded via bank transfer to your account.
The entire premises are monitored by a camera system connected to a central security monitoring service 24/7. The storage containers are arranged to form a closed, fenced area. The entrance gate is locked, and access to the premises is only possible with an active access code.

You lock the container with your own security padlock with a hardened shackle, a high-security cylinder, or a locking mechanism resistant to picking. The hasp and eyes through which the padlock shackle passes must provide mechanical resistance against forced entry. The hasp and eyes must be fixed from the outside access side with a non-removable connection. The eye opening for the lock should be 1 cm, and the lock shackle height should be approximately 3.5 cm.

You have unlimited access to your container 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our sales department is available on business days from 8:00 to 16:30.
You can drive up to each of our storage containers by car or even a large van and unload your belongings directly into the container. Forklift rental is available only at our Brno Moravany and Prague Žižkov locations. If you are interested, please contact us at info@misterbox.cz. Price – CZK 500/20 minutes or CZK 1,500/hour.

Yes. However, it is necessary to empty the fuel tank and disconnect the battery.
Items that do not comply with safety regulations and ČSN standards (e.g. explosives, poisons, toxic waste, acids, radioactive materials, highly flammable substances, gas-releasing substances, petroleum products, chemicals, fireworks, weapons, live animals, hazardous goods, and similar items) as well as items originating from criminal activity.

Yes. If the size of your storage container does not suit you, you can flexibly move to a larger or smaller storage container. Pay only for the space you actually use.
All storage containers are dry, ventilated, and water-resistant. The temperature inside the container is always affected by the outdoor temperature. Therefore, we do not recommend storing items that are highly sensitive to extreme cold or heat. It is worth noting that most items you plan to store have been transported in similar containers under all weather conditions.
Yes, no problem. We are available to you during business hours.
If you are late with a payment, our sales department will contact you and arrange the nearest possible payment date. If the payment is not received even by the agreed date, we will proceed in accordance with the contract.
Yes. We offer optional theft insurance as a contribution to the premium paid by the lessor to the insurer for insuring the contents of the container against theft. Please note that a condition of the insurance is securing the container so that the entrance door is locked with a security padlock with a hardened shackle and a high-security cylinder.
Insurance coverage up to CZK 50,000 costs CZK 135/month.
Insurance coverage up to CZK 100,000 costs CZK 200/month.
Supplementary theft insurance is not mandatory.
